We are happy to announce that my daughter, Kate will be joining the shooting staff. Her debut was yesterday-- on a cold engagement shoot which truly warmed the heart. Especially her mother's seeing how talented she is with a camera!
Last Spring we happened upon an upscale wedding in an old convent church in Spain. Being the wedding freaks that we are, cameras in hand we jumped from our open market table and scurried to the top of a wall to watch the bride and groom exit the church.
It was better than Alice in Wonderland, all of the women attendees were gorgeously attired in colorful dress or suits with the crowning glory being a HAT.
The display of finery made viewing and picture taking great fun. I just wanted to share some European Wedding Fashion with my brides to be...
She is so good natured.. although she does not like cake..that brought a few tears.. "smile" There were soooo many good photos that I could have picked dozens to show.. so from the top of the list here's a few..

Keeping someone in our minds and hearts, may bring resolution to this mysterious case.
You may have noticed a short hiatus from blogger, between being away, having difficulties with images taken while away, and trying to redecorate our bedroom...whew.. too much distraction!!! But I'm back!
The images being posted here were taken while we visited Charlie's brother in Phoenix. He took us to the grand canyon-which definitely has a WOW factor! We also saw a show at the Botanical gardens that mixed Chihully's glass objects with the flora and fauna of the desert. ENJOY
Recently back from the PPA in Phoenix, the juices are flowin'. How appropriate that my first shoot upon return is a beautiful baby. While at the convention I heard Anne Geddes speak of her infatuation with newborns, and how she fed her passion for the art in her work. Her word were indeed inspiring. I just need to find time to feed my creative side.
Luckily I have beautiful little cherubs to use as models. For sure this is a future poster child.
Erin has found her toes!! She has the greatest sparkling eyes, and is the apple of her parents eyes.
Amanda and Jason warmed everyone's heart yesterday, it was a day filled with tears, laughter, and kisses. The photographs will help them keep this day in their memories forever.

Oh thanks goodness a break in the food and fun. Thought I would toddle down to the office to work on posting just a few of the family Christmas shots that I did Tuesday. All families are fun at the holidays, this one is no different. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to be the photographer for four of these girls/guys--- weddings!
