How to make a GROWN MAN CRY

Last May I was already struggling with what to get Charlie for Father's day. We all know that dad's can be difficult recipients of gifts. A woman accepts everything from lotions to diamonds and treats them the same, but a guy responds differently, lotion just wouldn't cut it.

In this recessionary period the keys to a new car, a wide screen TV, electronic devices, high end phones, these all add up to big bucks-they would get the results intended, but you would empty your coffers.

My suggestion is to do what I did, create a lasting memory-
* present him with a family portrait or gift certificate for a session
*design an image of you and the kids with meaningful words
* or do what I did, create a book of images, snippets of life matched with the words that have meaning.

Treehaven-camp for photo geeks

My daughter and I spent a meaningful Mother's Day and beyond at Treehaven in Rhinelander.

She studied with Hanson Fong, and I took the Hollywood lighting class. Here's just a couple of examples.
