Today began with the Heart Association Run.

What a day.. I thought it was hard to get families together for after wedding shot! . But 200 people at a time??? WHEW...The way I was directing people I thought I was in the classroom teaching again. :)

All for a good cause..we were happy to help and delighted to be asked to volunteer.

Curious, funny, beautiful, smart, should be his first name, but they call him Nolan.
"nono" for short. I wonder why? hahaha

I am going to practice photographing mosquitoes before we do this little guy again!!! I just love him, and his mommy and daddy, we don't get to see them enough.

Brody at 3 months

It's great to be able to photograph the couple's special day, and then their family. Here's baby Brody at 3 months. We look forward to watching him grow during the next year.. and years to come.

Never let that moment pass, no matter how mundane it might be, celebrate the little things in life like FALL. This couple knows these words, and they live by them. You can see the celebration in their faces, even Sam had fun romping in the leaves.

Seeing Double

Mom and Dad have their hands full with these twin boys, they are a handful as you can see. Growing like weeds these preemies are up to ten pounds, and now there is no stopping them. Congratulations to Tina and Scott, it's been a long haul, but only rewards are in store for you now.

Daddy Kurt was promised a dinner out and time to watch the Packer game, Stacy was the one who decided to invest in memories that last. Take a cute couple, add ten years, multiply until you reach the grand sum of three beautiful little girls, call it a family moment frozen in time.
Time out of their day, that they will never regret.

Charlie's Napping.

As you know Charlie is recovering from hip surgery...so now I have some time to look over the images from Utah.

I loved this one, it has such an antique cinematic feeling to the tones. We were resourceful while traveling, I took my silver dust cover off the book I was reading to use as a reflector!

He is Bionic now

Charlie was just returned to his hospital room, and is already undergoing Physical therapy. His second hip resurfacing will soon have him running rings around me, especially if he hear's that beer is involved. haha.

We went back to the location where Jason asked Kristen to be his bride. It was a blustery day on the Lake, but there are no clouds on the horizon for this couple. Their date is set for September of 2011, we can't wait to capture their wedding day.

Tuesday is rapidly approaching.

For those who don't know this, Tuesday Charlie will have his second hip resurfaced.

It didn't keep him down long last time so hopefully he will have the same fast recovery.
At any rate we will be home bound for at least a couple of weeks, Friends and family feel free to stop in for a visit with the patient, I'll make sure there is beer in the fridge.

There's a picture of us doing what we like best.. taking pictures and travel--Notice I am but a mere shadow of my husband.. :)

Sara and Rodney: they said their vows in the company of family and friends in Sheboygan Falls at the First Reformed Church. The bride created a spectacular event at the Bull Golf Course. The colors were fantastic yesterday, and even though we dodged raindrops it was all worthwhile when the rainbow appeared. There will be many rainbows for this fun couple, they have a bright future ahead of them. Congratulations from both of us, to you. Thank you for letting us spend your day with you and meet such great family and friends.

Allison and Chris's road trip wedding was all of the above.... and more.

In her antique lace dress and cowboy boots she strolled on the arm of her dad, up the sandy path, to be wed under one of Nature's Cathedrals. On the twenty seventh of September under a hot sun and royal blue sky, Allison and Chris exchanged vows, this time with an officiant (the Mayor Of Moab), he brought the paper work and the official words that made this event a bona fied wedding with CERTIFICATION. :)

They have been traveling and exchanging vows along the way, whilst traveling to their destination in Moab Utah @ Arches National Park. We ended our photographic sojourn capturing the sun rise under the MESA Arch at canyon-lands park, that sunrise was just a hint of the how wonderful the future days will be in the lives of these two wonderful people.

I'm GROWING...
