Inspired by our colleagues

Last night a "Collection" of photographers met to share stories, ideas, and comradeship.

One of our colleagues sent me a site that inspired me to take some time for my own work and ideas. I thought I would share this image, shot from a moving vehicle, this young African farmer caught off guard, by the American voyeur in his land.

The light was so good all day long, and we had the best models today. Tyler had a great shoot, it will be hard to decide what pictures to choose.

Oh Glorious DAY...

... the Photo Gods were with us--- weather wise, and subject wise! Megan was So much fun to photograph, and mom was just a delight. Thank you, we enjoyed our time with you today.

Runnin' in SLO MO

Well it seems like it has taken me forever to look over Brittany's shots from Friday. Finally I picked the images to create her animoto, and these are the teasers for that slide show.

Autum Leaves

Anna and Paddy are as kinetic as they come..they were as fluid and active- as the wind and the falling leaves! But check out those smiles..someday they will really love this picture of the two of them huddled together in the leaves.

Days and Nights still confused

It's the second day waking at 4 in the morning.. today Charlie and I decided to go downstairs to work at 5 AM. Charlie worked laboriously on edits for clients, while I used the early hours to put together the following panos from our trip. I have 5 minutes before I must start work for Artists-Eyes, so here is another view of Africa!

Out of Africa and into the Netherlands.

Too many stories to post here, I will have to update this when we get home. We are currently in Amsterdam, it's much cooler than Africa-had to buy a jacket just to be able to walk to the museums. There's not enough time to sit and go through photos yet...

Milwaukee Wedding Photographers | Amanda & Paul

Through snow, and wind, and finally sun, Amanda and Paul wittnessed how time can be lost in the swirl of wedding day. The only way to slow down the pace of such an important day is to capture it for a lifetime. The Many Faces of Nolan

Before we leave for Africa, we just had to go take pictures of Nolan, who is 3 months old. Really he should just be called "LiL Mike". I was so busy playing the Clown that I hardly had the camera in my hand..Charlie and Kate took over. Notice the Duet being sung in the middle, this kid is not only the cutest, but hilarious to be with. Lucky Grandma Lin, and Grandma G, if you girls need help with the baby I'm there for ya.

COLOR...AMA

I would say the fall color is close to peak. Chase had some nice color in his photos thanks to mother nature.

Cassidy

Cassidy is a golfer, so there was no better place than a golf course for taking his pictures. No worries with the weather those big fat October clouds make the whole world lit by a soft box!

Joe

Due to a football injury, Joe's focus has changed to concentrating on basketball. No matter which sport he chooses, he's probably a fine athlete, and was awesome to photograph!

There was a great background to work with-the rolling Kettle Moraine of Erin, doesn't get much better than that in October.
