After chatting with Spottswood Photography this afternoon, I feel I have learned a trick or two. I don't have the eye for design and color that Sarah has, but her pointers have helped.

Thanks Sarah and Steven, I'm going to be looking for color in Spain!

What photographers do for fun

Sunday afternoon was a blast spent with other professionals who just plain love to shoot images. I've worked on a few, if I get some more time later I will work on a few more. thanks to Craig for making the arrangements, thanks to Harmony for being a great model and special thanks to Terry who tagged behind carrying things and being support for his lovely wife!

Spring is in the air, and love is all around..... These kids were a joy to photograph, good natured, full of life, easy going, and isn't life great when it's easy? Guest came from all across the country as usual, and don't forget that we do travel for wedding work!

Bryant Family... launches new website...

The last few weeks have been crazy to say the least, with all the hard work trying to figure things out, and preparing images, etc. All the hard work has paid off, thanks to long time friend and fellow artist Paul Johnson for our new look and feel, And Carl for helping pull all this stuff together, and Carol for being patient with her husband screaming at the computers...

To all of our past clients who may be looking for their images that used to be on our site...
We're sorry but they are no longer available online, this is the cost of progress and we hope you'll understand... if there's something you just gotta have up and viewable call us and let us know, we'll do our best to make it so, otherwise enjoy!

New New baby, introducing Isabelle to the world!

Isabelle is alert, sweet, beautiful and already the apple of daddy's eye. Look at the way she looks at her dad, watch out wallet!

What is it about mommies and sons?

They are so attached as children yet grow aloof when another women comes along later in life. Cherish every moment! Thanks for the great dinner, awesome conversation, and the love.

Hartford Union High School's Teacher of the year, a real Renaissance man, and a heck of a teacher!

Studio Remodel

It was a dirty job, removing the drop ceiling from our meeting space downstairs, but with the help of friends we accomplished the task. New Paint, New ceiling, and soon New furniture. It's a warmer more inviting space now, makes working downstairs very pleasant. Looking forward to the local photographers visiting on April 15th we can show them the NEW LOOK.

FYI.... if our website is acting goofy, or weird stuff seems to be happening, it's most likely because we're behind the curtain fiddling around with everything that goes into making a website work. We hope to be online with the new (and hopefully improved) web presence before we head off to meet up with Carol's son Jon overseas.... you'll get an email blast when it's ready...

What are the chances that two wedding photographers would be walking toward a recently wed couple as they depart from their Rolls Royce??? sometimes you just get lucky!

These two career oriented people are going to tie the knot in September. Their wish is to have weather as nice as yesterday on their wedding day. They will be exchanging their vows in a outdoor setting, rain or shine, it will be a beautiful day.

Seussical the Musical

WOW! Those who are attending these performances are in for a real treat! Monona Grove High School has done an outstanding job with the production of "Seussical the Musical" this year. My son Connor blew us away (and the rest of the cast wasn't too shabby either!), and got us excellent seats.

Wedding Photographers Guild..

Thanks to all of the nice people we met and the wonderful day.

Brunch at Coast.. GREAT...FOTO at Art Museum.. wonderful, our favorite photo was "Erie Street" Then Charlie and I saw a great film "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly" I woke at night and found myself just laying there and blinking my eyes. The film has real impact.
